1. Boil the eggs. Mask with margerine. Add tuna in water and mash to a smooth mix. Cut the veggies.
2. Spread a quarter of the tuna mix on each wrap and layer vegetables.
Swedish wraps (= tunnbröd) come from the northern parts of Sweden and are very popular. They are often served in this kind of wrap style but with a raindeer mix inside. Unlike tortillas they are made from barley flour, are very soft and often flavoured with aniseed and fennel seed. Here they are served with a quite typical tuna and egg filling.
Tunnbröd will last a fair few days.
