Wrap with bean mix
     
Ingredients:
8 tortillas
0,4 l grated cheese
0,25 l creme fraiche light
1 tin kidney beans
1 tin sweetcorn
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 avocadoes, chopped
1 teasp sugar
1 pinch salt
2 cloves garlic
0,5 tblsp lime juice
1 tblsp olive oil

Cooking:

1. Take out the seeds from the tomatoes and finely chop the rest.

2. Mix beans, sweetcorn, tomatoes and avocado in a bowl.

3. Add sugar, salt and finely chopped garlic.

4. Add olive oil and lime juice and stir well.

5. Put 1/8 of the bean mix on each tortilla, 2 tblsp creme fraiche and a little cheese on each tortilla and fold.

 
 
 
Wraps keep really well compared to baguettes and ciabattas, an unopened pack lasts forever. They are a good lunch option towards the end of your trip.
This is a very filling lunch wrap. If you exclude dairy products it will be a code grey.
