Casserole with choritzo and chickpeas
     
Ingredients:
4 port rice or pasta
  butter, for frying
0,5 leek
1 tin chickpeas
1 tin chopped tomatoes
  salt and pepper
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
3 choritzo sausages

Cooking:

1. Boil rice (or pasta)

2. Slice choritzo and shred leek. Fry choritzo in butter until golden, add leek and fry for a while, add garlic.

3. Add chopped tomatoes and chickpeas, stir and let boil. Add salt and pepper to taste.

4. Serve with rice or pasta.

 
 
 
Choritzo last really well and this extremely filling casserole can be made up until the 4-5th day.
