Booking

Follow these simple steps to book your experience. Make sure to read Getting Here properly before you continue. Remember that nothing is final until you book your flight or train tickets.

Important!
We are fully booked for kayaking between the 1st -29th of August.

1.   Check out your flight or train and make an availability request by clicking on the link below. Include: Your Name Number of participants in your group Mean of getting here Arrival and departure date and time If you are continuing to Stockholm after your trip Or send us a more casual enquiry if you don’t have all the facts yet. It is usually possible to add more people on later, it is rather the dates of arrival and departure that matters.               2.   We’ll confirm the dates or come up with a solution that you’re happy with.               3.   After the dates are confirmed it is time for you to book your flights or other transport. Send us a confirmation of the flight or train.               4.   You’ll receive a definite booking confirmation from us and now your booking is complete. Just send us an email if you would like to add more people on and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

There are a few alternatives of getting here. You can fly from a number of cities in the UK and around Europe, just check out the airline websites. You can of course also arrive by bus, train or car.
Ryanair - you'll arrive at the Stockholm (NYO) airport in Nyköping
SAS - you'll arrive at Stockholm Arlanda and go by train to Norrköping
Train or car - you'll arrive in Norrköping

Get an Early Start - arrive the night before!

If you would like to get a good night’s sleep, some breakfast and an early start, and still not loose a working day, it is a really good option to arrive at night and stay at a hostel by the Stockholm (NYO) airport in Nyköping or in Norrköping. We will pick you up at the hostel in the morning.

Pick-up at noon

The early Ryanair flight arrives around noon and that is also the latest pick-up time if you arrive by other means.

Payment

You can pay the whole amount upon arrival, in pounds or Swedish Kronor (Skr). Unfortunately we do not take credit cards. If you like you can pay in advance by using an EU- payment instead, but beware of the £10 charge at the bank.

Please state your name, tour date and number of participants on the payment slip!
